YOGA For Beginners with Rebecca Snowball.

In this 90-minute class Rebecca will support you in creating a solid foundation for your yoga practice.

You will learn how to:

  • Sit comfortably to support you knees, hips, and low back
  • Breath deeply bringing in more oxygen, reducing stress, and giving your body more energy
  • Align Your Body in Standing Poses, Forward Bends, Backbends, and Twist in a way that keeps you safe
  • Stretch safely and create more flexibility where your body is tight
  • Modify poses so you can attend any class and know how to take care of you
  • Make your practice stick so you get the health and wellness results you want.
$20 for members and $30 for non-members.

Free Community Yoga Class inside the church. Bring a yoga mat and arrive early to settle in.  Yoga is practiced on the stage and on the floor in front of the stage, in between the pews, and in the aisle.
